QUEENS OF BOXING
It was quite an experience to see the boxing fights in Albuquerque in New Mexico. After “Hollewood” got his nose broken(?) by Valdez, it was Holly Holm’s turn to put on a show. «The Preachers’ Daughter» won easily over Diana Prazak. Now, “everyone” wants to see Brækhus and Holm in the ring. See my interview […]
This weekend I’ve been in Albuquerque in New Mexico to work on a story. The hotel I stayed at was charming and cute, and had a heated jacuzzi with beautiful view over the mountains. The hotel is located in the Old Town where you can find small authentic shops and galleries. Link to the hotel […]
DESERT ROADTRIP BACK TO LA
This place.. was a bit creepy. But extremely funky in a ghost town kind of way. Great place to snap some photos – but not a place I’d enjoy after dark.. Anyone up for a treat?
IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE
Isn’t it sort of bizarre that folks from all over the world fly in – or drive for hours through the desert – to experience this?: One reason to visit Vegas could be getting hitched the quick and easy way. Drive-through or Elvis-priest.. whatever your heart may desire. Bonus: It allows you a «fabulous» photo […]
THANKSGIVING THE AMERICAN WAY!
My great friend Halstein met his beautiful wife Kristin during a crazy boy’s trip to Vegas. Thanksgiving is all about being grateful – and I’m so grateful having this couple in my life – and for the Vegas invite – and for the sweet potatoes. Thanks to Kristin’s mom!! And thanks to Onkel Ted who […]
Bathrobing at Bellagio! Nothing like a white robe and red wine! I’m amazed by the view from our hotel room. The dancing Fountains of Bellagio put on a show every 1/2 hour. Getting ready for Vegas by night. Oh yes – my first official mirror picture! It was great to meet lovely Kristin again, and […]

WORK TRIP TO SAN FRANCISCO
Beautiful drive to Silicon Valley! Cable cars in cosy San Francisco! Love it!
STOPOVERS AT HIGHWAY ONE
It’s so much to see alongside the coast of California. I loved the surfer atmosphere in Santa Cruz and Capitola. Next time we have to spend an entire week on the trip, not just one day.
We stayed at The Palace Hotel in San Francisco. I was amazed by this breakfast ballroom! We where invited to a great benefit by Tipping Point – an organization that collects money for the poor in the Bay Area. The Shins owned that stage!
